This La Grandeur guitar is a bespoke creation for our esteemed long-time customer, Mr. Auguslan. He previously acquired two IGS Premium series guitars several years ago and, having been thoroughly impressed with their quality, has chosen to place another order for our highest series of guitars.

For the La Grandeur, Mr. Auguslan opted for a Double Top feature. As the only Indonesian guitar brand capable of constructing a double top, IGS has chosen a combination of cedar for both the outer and inner layers. Enhanced by a Nomex Core, this pairing results in a top that is 20% – 30% lighter than a standard solid top. The lighter weight of the top ultimately delivers greater power, rapid responsiveness, and a wide dynamic range.

For the back side, IGS has selected Flamed Hawaiian Koa wood, known not only for its exotic pattern but also for its exceptional ability to support the vibrations of the top.

Additionally, this guitar is equipped with premium Gotoh tuning machines made in Japan, renowned for their exquisite beauty and high precision.
