In the history of the La Grandeur series, this is the first time IGS has created a 7-string guitar. This special guitar was custom-ordered by Ryan, a customer of IGS who resides and works in Japan.

Ryan was inspired by Yamandu Costa, a Brazilian guitarist known for his expertise in playing 7-string guitars. The beautiful guitar performances by this great artist motivated Ryan to learn how to play the 7-string guitar himself.

After a long journey visiting numerous guitar shops and trying various guitars, including many other Indonesian-made instruments, Ryan ultimately chose the IGS La Grandeur guitar.

With perfect craftsmanship and a responsive, powerful sound, Ryan provided very positive feedback about this guitar. He remarked that he had never encountered an Indonesian-made guitar of this quality before.
